SLA & Stock Management

SLA performance and stock / part integrity is something we pride ourselves on at Azstar Technologies. While our SLAs vary between clients, the bulk of work is completed around a 4 hour onsite, between the hours of 6am – 9am, 7 days a week. Staff are rostered to meet requirements, including the ability to respond to high severity jobs, with 1-2 hours onsite and fixed. Stock is carefully and constantly monitored and maintained, exceeding our clients’ expectations, time and time again.
