Azstar Technologies are Queensland’s leading onsite IT and ICT services company. We’re proud to be a service agent for major vendors across the sunshine state, supporting everything from networks and printers to POS, EFTPOS and more. Our branches and staff are strategically located across Queensland to ensure we’re there, when you can’t be. We’re always happy to extend our services and range to meet client demand, across town, the border and around the country.
Cairns
Our Cairns office is in Bungalow. From here we service the city and everywhere else in a 2 hour radius, heading north, south and west.
Townsville
Located in Garbutt, our Townsville office services the city and surrounding locations including Ingham, Charters Towers and Ayr.
Mackay
Azstar Technologies services the entire Mackay region, including North Mackay, Airlie Beach, Sarina and the Whitsundays.
Rockhamption
Azstar Technologies services the entire Rockhampton region.
Toowoomba
Azstar Technologies services the entire Toowoomba region.
Hervey Bay
Azstar Technologies services the entire Hervey Bay region.
Bundaberg
Azstar Technologies services the entire Bundaberg region.
Gladstone
Azstar Technologies services the entire Gladstone region.
Sunshine Coast
Azstar Technologies services the entire Sunshine Coast region.
Brisbane
Brisbane’s metro and surrounding regions, including Ipswich, Beaudesert, Caboolture and Cleaveland, are covered by our Macgregor office.
Gold Coast
The Gold Coast region, from Ormeau to Coolangatta, including Surfers Paradise and Mount Tamborine, are serviced by our office at Biggera Waters.
Wollongong
To meet client demand, we recently opened a new depot in Wollongong which allows us to service this region, including Mittagong.

Azstar Technologies was founded in 2004 to meet a growing demand for specialized IT and ICT professionals, who could capably and reliably act as service agents for major vendors, with outlets and facilities in regional and sometimes remote locations. Since then, we’ve continually expanded our experience and capabilities to meet new customer requirements, technology and demand.
Our people are the best at what they do. They are based in places around the state, to meet the geographically diverse requirements and operations of our clients. Our people receive regular and ongoing training, to stay abreast of the latest technology and products. We have implemented appropriate systems and procedures to provide best practice in all areas of operation and service delivery.
Our large team of experienced Field Technicians are customer focused and understand the importance of representing your company in a professional manner. We run our own in-house training for customer procedures. Our people are all qualified in their field, with good problem solving abilities.
From little things, big things grow. Over the years Azstar Technologies has expanded operations into new regions, to meet the growing demands of new and existing clients. We have a structured and organized approach to our systems and services, giving us the ability to expand expertise and establish new depots, quickly and effectively.
