We’ve got the experience, personnel and equipment to deliver superior, onsite IT and ICT services and support. We specialize in large vendor work and representation. We’ll be your professional, onsite IT team.
Azstar Technologies focus on large vendor work and contracts. While our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) vary between customers, most of our work is focused on 4 hour onsite between 6am and 9pm, 7 days a week. We also have the resources to cover high severity jobs, with 1-2 hours onsite with fixes. We manage our personnel and resources to meet your requirements.
We take stock integrity and management very seriously. We developed and operate our own in-house stock systems, where all items are logged and monitored. We know what equipment we have and where it’s located, at all times. This system is transparent to clients, who are always impressed with our stock integrity.
Our large team of experienced Field Technicians are customer focused and understand the importance of representing your company in a professional manner. We run our own in-house training for customer procedures. Our people are all qualified in their field, with good problem solving abilities.
Azstar Technologies has the appropriate contracts and policies in place, to cover the insurances and other responsibilities required when engaging with PTY LTD companies.
